Eligibility

1. All cycling clubs are eligible to join the PCA including clubs from outside Pennsylvania.
2. A club is considered to be in good standing when all appropriate dues, fees, and association requirements are met.
3. Pennsylvania race promoters who are not affiliated with a PCA club may promote a BAR sanctioned event under BAR rules. (See Event Standards for more information about promoting a BAR race.)
4. In all voting situations, clubs in good standing get one vote as a registered PCA member club.
5. In all voting situations, promoters of PCA affiliated event in the year the vote occurs receive one vote. (Clubs which act as a promoter of a PCA affiliated event receive a promoter's vote in addition to their club vote.)
6. Club fees are $50 per club.
