Calendar

  1. One goal of the PCA is to create an established, organized calendar with a minimum of conflicting events. In order to ensure solid turnout and avoid conflict, only one event per day can be eligible to be an association sanctioned event and carry series points. It is expected that all association club will make every attempt to work with each other and with the USCF representative to ensure the avoidance of conflict.
  2. Clubs previously hosting PCA events on a particular date will be given priority to hold an event on that date the following year.
  3. Event dates must be submitted to the PCA no less than 2 months prior to the event. Dates submitted less than 2 months prior may not receive BAR status.
  4. BAR race date conflicts will be resolved by the majority board vote.
  5. PCA Championship proposals need to be submitted no later than January 1st with the decision made Jan 15th by majority vote of board.
  6. Race promoters must submit surcharges and results no later than 5 days after the event or risk loss of BAR status for that, and future, events.
  7. In the case of extenuating circumstances, race promoters can petition the board for an exemption.
