The Clarksburg Downtown Grandprix on Saturday April 13th was the first state road championship event in PA/WV. The PCA Board has elected Jack Poplar to fill the vacant slot for the local association. Jack is very prominent in the cycling community, particularly in the Lancaster area, serving as Chief Referee at many events and is a co-promoter of the Grandview GP Criterium. The PCA Annual Governance meeting will be held on Saturday February 9th at the Eden Resort and Suites in Lancaster from 12 PM to 4 PM. This meeting is important to all USAC licensed riders as the PCA membership sets the direction for the new racing season and beyond.
