The 2014 PA BAR standings are updated with points awarded for the SOYOCO Circuit Race and Franklin Farms Criterium. The latter event served as the JR State Criterium for riders 15 to 18. There were a lot of top quality races in the Mid-Atlantic region this past weekend and I want to thank those riders who elected to race PA BAR events.
The PA BAR event is the 2014 Philadelphia Amateur Time Trial (https://www.bikereg.com/philadelphia-amateur-time-trials) on May 31st. This TT is the first chance for elite and master men competitors to earn PA BAR TT points and the JR’s will earn double points as the race is hosting the PA JR State TT.
