The 2013 PA Road BAR standings have been updated and posted in the Standings section of this web site to reflect the results from the Pennsylvania State Individual Time Trial Championships held on Sunday July 21st. The PCA board wants to thank Brenda Novak and Upstate Velo for hosting the event. A list of medalists has been posted on the PCA web site in the News Section.
