The PCA board has spent the last several weeks reviewing race fliers and state championship applications to award a state event to the many bids that have been received. The first PA BAR race of the 2012 season (Philadelphia Naval Yard Criterium) has been moved to April 7th by promoter Ron Ruggiero. The BikeReg page (https://www.bikereg.com/Net/15669) for the race is up to date and open as five riders have already registered.
